{ooc} Permissions post!
Tallahassee here is from an apocalyptic version of our current world. As such, he's going to "know" a few people at Marina, though it's not going to be as if he'll know every character just because their anime/manga/whatever exists in the real world. He's a Southern man and isn't into that sort of thing.
Rather, the type of character that he'd know would be characters from live-action movies (he'd recognize them as the actor) or popular TV cartoons; Batman, Wolverine, Mickey Mouse, etc. However, if you have a character that's been REALLY POPULAR in American culture, like Pikachu or Goku or Sailor Moon, he'd probably know them too.

So what I'm asking for from you guys is permission for Tallahassee to know information on your characters (if the above specifics apply to them) and whether or not it's alright for him to gush forth information about them that they may or may not have experienced yet. If you're not sure whether or not Tallahassee might know your character, drop me a comment anyways and I'll have an answer for you. :D
